Bennet I. Omalu, MD, MBA, MPH Forensic Pathologist/Neuropathologist/Epidemiologist San Joaquin County Sheriff-Coroner/Chief Medical Examiner Associate Clinical Professor of Pathology, University of California, Davis Bennet Omalu is a fully licensed physician who holds four board-certifications in Anatomic Pathology, Clinical Pathology, Forensic Pathology and Neuropathology. He also holds a Masters in Public Health Degree in Epidemiology. He worked as an Emergency Medicine Physician and as a Primary Care Physician for four years. Bennet has a very broad knowledge base, a wealth of clinical and forensic experience, and a unique combination of educated intuition and core competencies, which are rarely encountered amongst his peers. These unique qualities have enabled him to generate highly successful outcomes in the majority of cases that he is consulted with. One of the many successful cases, in which Dr. Omalu played a key role in exonerating a death row inmate, has been presented in a book by Bill Kurtis titled “The Death Penalty on Trial: crisis in American Justice”. Bennet has published extensively in respected scientific journals and has testified as an expert witness in over one hundred cases. Curriculum Vitae Jennifer Lindner, D.O. Jennifer Lindner is a senior level pathology resident who will pursue forensic pathology after finishing residency. Jennifer has worked extensively with Dr. Bennet Omalu, performing autopsies, preparing autopsy reports, preparing medico-legal reports and performing research. In the future, she hopes to focus on the forensics of sexual assault in children, adults and the elderly. Curriculum Vitae Todd Luckasevic, D.O. Todd Luckasevic is a fully licensed physician who practices Forensic Pathology. He has a special interest in firearm related deaths and the effects of terminal ballistics. He has extensive training in the areas of elder abuse and medical therapy complications. Todd has published in the forensic journals and has testified as an expert witness in several states.
